1. How long does shipping take?
These are print-on-demand items, meaning they’re only created when you place an order. This also means you might have to wait a little longer for your product. You’ll immediately receive an email confirming your order and providing a receipt.
When your order is filled, you’ll receive another email detailing when it ships, along with a tracking link so you can keep a look out for your purchase. Shipping speed varies based on destination, but typically, your package should arrive on your doorstep in the span of 5 to 11 days. For bulk orders, some items might be shipped separately.
2. Can I order internationally?
Yes! Please note that shipments made outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The end recipient is responsible for these fees.
I highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally to minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and to make the delivery process smoother.
3. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if you receive the wrong items or damaged items. If your physical products arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to me with your order information and photos of your item within 21 days of product delivery. If your items were lost in transit, please provide me with your order number and receipt. I can get you a free replacement or offer a refund.
4. Do you offer returns and exchanges?
I’m unable to accept returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact me. I’m happy to work with you to find a resolution!
5. My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help me out by doing the following:
- Check out your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors’ place in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or your neighbors’ residence, please get in touch with me and provide your order number.
If you did find a mistake with your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
